​​Attention PHC Members:

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the California governor has issued guidance to reopen the state safely in multiple phases. To help prevent the spread of the disease, everyone is encouraged to stay home except for essential activities. If you go out, keep at least 6 feet of distance from others and wear a cloth face covering when in public places. Remember to wash your hands frequently.

Your doctor's office may have new temporary operating hours due to COVID-19. Please call your doctor's office to find out what hours they are open. You can also ask them about the possibility of video or phone visits, a great option to get quality care from the comfort of your home. If you have trouble getting in touch with a representative from their office, please call, PHC's Member Services department at (800) 863-4155, TTY users can call the California Relay Service at (800) 735-2929 or 711.
