Medi-Cal Provider Manual

Partnership HealthPlan of California is a non-profit community-based health care organization. Partnership contracts with the state to administer Medi-Cal benefits through local providers to ensure our members have access to high-quality health care. With regional offices in six locations - Auburn, Chico, Eureka, Fairfield, Redding, and Santa Rosa, we provide quality health care to more than 916,000 Medi-Cal members.

Beginning in Solano County in 1994, Partnership now provides services in 24 Northern California counties: Butte, Colusa, Del Norte, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Yolo, and Yuba.

This Provider Manual is designed as a reference guide and communications tool for Partnership providers and their staff related to accessing and providing comprehensive, effective, and quality medical services to Partnership members.
Partnership reserves the right to revise these policies and procedures at any time.
