The Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) advocates for members by ensuring that Partnership HealthPlan of California is responsive to the diversity of health care needs of all members. CAC provides feedback on the readability and cultural competency of member materials such as the member newsletter and other educational materials sent to members.
