Advisory Committees

​​​​​​​​​​​Advisory Committees primarily meet at our Fairfield office, but can also meet in one of our other regional offices throughout the year. Please call (707) 863-4100 to confirm the location of a committee meeting.

​​​​​​​​340B Advisory Committee
The 340B Advisory Committee reports to our Board of Commissioners and adheres to regulations under the Brown Act. The 340B Advisory Committee meets on a biannual basis to evaluate the progress of Partnership HealthPlan of California's 340B Compliance Program, as well as to provide direction and input regarding any changes recommended for the Program.

As Medi-Cal Rx launched on January 1, 2022, the primary function of the 340B Advisory Committee is no longer present. Since the 340B Advisory Committee was an official committee of the Partnership Board of Commissioners ("Board"), a resolution to dissolve the 340B Advisory Committee was presented to the Board in April 2022. At that time, the Board passed the resolution, which officially dissolved the 340B Advisory Committee.

Quarterly Update

Consumer Advisory Committee

Meets four times a year from noon to 2 p.m. 

Finance Committee

Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

​​Governance / Compliance Committee

Meets quarterly

Personnel, Policies, and Benefits Committee

Meets as needed, at least once a year​.

Physician Advisory Committee

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

Quality/Utilization Advisory Committee (QUAC)

Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month, except in July and December, from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

Strategic Planning Committee

Meetings are held quarterly. Please contact us to confirm the day and time.
