Growing Together Program

Our Growing Together Program (GTP) is growing!

It offers support for you during your pregnancy and support in the first months of your baby's life. You will find helpful information in the Perinatal Packet that you get when you sign up for GTP.

New program features include:

Prenatal

    • Welcome call and check-in calls
    • $25 gift card for getting a TDaP vaccine between 27 weeks and delivery
    • $25 gift card for getting an influenza (flu) vaccine at any time during pregnancy

Postpartum

    • Welcome call and check in calls
    • Birthing parent will receive a $50 gift card for each of their 2 postpartum exams ($100 total) attended between 7 and 84 days after delivery.

Healthy Baby

    • Welcome call after your baby has Partnership benefits
    • Check-in calls
    • Gift cards for doctor visits and vaccinations
    • $25 gift card for 2 well-baby visits before 3 months of age
    • $25 gift card for 2 well-baby visits between 3 and 9 months of age
    • $25 gift card for 2 well-baby visits between 9 and 15 months of age 
    • $25 gift card for 2 well-baby visits between 15 and 30 months of age 
    • NEW - $100 gift card for members who got all the required vaccines at their visits, including 2 flu shots, by 24 months of age. Vaccine record submission is required.

If you are planning on breastfeeding and will need a breast pump, ask your doctor to send a request for one to the preferred Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company of your choice. The breast pump will be sent to your home. Check out the Breast Pump flyer below for additional information.
