Partnership HealthPlan of Caifornia (PHC) wants to let our members know we speak their language. For doctor's appointments, a qualified health interpreter will be provided, if needed. There is no need to ask family or friends to interpret for members. Contact us at (800) 863-4155 to access the service. Providers and members can request interpreter services at no cost.
Our interpreter service is for many languages, as well as American Sign Language, so be sure to:
- Ask members what language they prefer to speak and read
- Ask for an interpreter when you schedule an appointment
