and Performance Improvement Department oversees the process for annually updating three
documents that reflect past, present, and future work related to quality
improvement. These documents include:
The Quality Improvement (QI) Program Description, which provides a summary of the QI Program including the structure, processes, and intra/inter-departmental work that supports quality improvement efforts at Partnership.
The Quality Improvement Work Plan, which outlines major activities that advance quality and performance improvement and support quality of clinical care, safety of clinical care, quality of service, and member experience.
