This learning session is designed to educate health
teams on appropriate coding acuity for prospective Partnership Advantage
patients. The session is primarily suited for those counties (Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake,
Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma) who
will be participating in Partnership Advantage, although the information is
applicable to any provider organization serving patients enrolled in Medicare
Advantage plans.
CME/CE Available! ***Note*** Credit will not be issued to participants who attended the live online webinar on February 19, 2025.
This self-study webinar for CME/CEU credit is available February 19, 2025 – February 19, 2026. Watch the recording and complete the online
evaluation before or on February 19, 2026 to receive credit. Credit will be issued for
only ONE completed evaluation. Recording can be viewed multiple times, but only
one view will be credited. The certificate will be issued by email within
four weeks of receipt of the post test.

The AAFP has reviewed Capturing Patient Acuity through Coding Webinar Series and deemed it acceptable for AAFP credit. Term of approval is from February 19, 2025 to February 19, 2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
