The Quality Improvement (QI) Department strives to improve the quality of care provided to Partnership HealthPlan of California members by partnering with our provider network and community on improvement initiatives.

Our goals include:

      • Improving the health of the populations we serve
      • Enhancing the patient experience of care
      • Ensuring patient safety
      • Measuring and encouraging appropriate use of clinical resources
      • Strengthening a culture of continuous quality improvement in our network through trainings and practice coaching
